Biography

Deyrdre Zaack is a legal assistant at Sole Law APC who is passionate about assisting clients with their estate planning needs and is dedicated to building a successful career in the legal field.

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and a minor in International Security and Conflict Resolution, as well as a Public Law Certificate.

Her advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish is invaluable in her work as a legal assistant.

She is able to effectively communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds and break a language barrier for clients intimidated by it.

She is detail-oriented and dedicated to delivering quality work that meets and exceeds clients’ expectations.

Estate Planning

I’ll help you plan your estate from start to finish. Not sure what makes up estate planning? You’re not alone. While it can be a complicated process, it doesn’t have to be hard. Your estate is comprised of things like bank accounts, insurance policies, 401Ks, and other financial investments. Make sure they’re protected and distributed to the people who you care about in the event of your passing.

Probate

Probate is the process of figuring out who is going to inherit an estate, figuring out how much the Decedents estate is worth, taking care of the Decedent's financial responsibilities, and distributing the Decedent's property to the right people. I’ll help you and your family through this process and make sure everything goes according to plan.

Trust Administration

This process tends to be less expensive than probate, but if you’re considered the trustee of someone’s trust, there's going to be a lot for you to do after their death, and it is important that you work with a knowledgeable estate planning attorney to ensure you are discharging all your duties as trustee properly.

Guardianship

I’ll set up the guardianship and give you advice on what to do with any other financial or physical responsibilities that come with becoming a guardian.

Conservatorship

It’s easy to confuse guardianship and conservatorship since they’re almost the same thing. However, conservatorship allows you to have legal control over an adult, no matter the age.
