Clients come to me from all walks of life, and my goal is to help them overcome any legal concerns or provide them with a plan to prepare for their future. I want my clients to know that legal services don’t have to be complicated or intimidating, and my goal is to make my clients feel comfortable enough to trust me with their estate planning issues.

My Story

I practice exclusively in the areas of estate planning, trust administration and probate law, including conservatorships and guardianships, and serve as a court-appointed attorney representing developmentally disabled individuals who are subject of conservatorships. In addition to having my own practice, I am of counsel for Webb Law Group. I holds a law degree from the University of Kansas and an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of San Diego, where I was selected as a Merit Scholarship Recipient and received the Ronson J. Shamoun RJS Tax Law Scholarship. During my time at the University of San Diego, I was mentored by some of the best estate planning and tax attorneys in San Diego, California. I am a member of the San Diego County Bar and Probate Attorneys of San Diego. I am admitted to practice law in the State of California and Paraguay.

I wanted to start my own firm because I saw a need in my community. A need for an experienced English and Spanish-speaking attorney.

Deyrdre Zaack

Deyrdre Zaack is a legal assistant at Sole Law APC who is passionate about assisting clients with
their estate planning needs and is dedicated to building a successful career in the legal field.

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and a minor in International Security and Conflict
Resolution, as well as a Public Law Certificate.
Her advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish is invaluable in her work as a legal assistant.

She is able to effectively communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds and break a language barrier for clients intimidated by it.

She is detail-oriented and dedicated to delivering quality work that meets and exceeds clients’ expectations.

Meet Sole Suchomel

Hi, I’m Sole Suchomel.

I started my practice in December 2020, and since doing so, I’ve helped clients through San Diego, Los Angeles, and Fresno, but some of my clients have found their way to me all the way from Arizona and Texas. So, even though my practice is relatively new, my experience and knowledge base has allowed me to take on my clients’ challenges with confidence.

I understand that many of my clients don’t seek the help they need because they’re intimidated by a potential language barrier, but as a Spanish and English-speaking attorney, I’m able to serve more and more communities every day.

In addition to being able to help my clients with Trusts, Wills, Probate, Power of Attorney, Conservatorships, and more, I also have my Masters in Taxation, which allows me to assist my clients in a variety of tax-related situations.
